Four Seasons Hotel Des Bergues Geneva

We had an amazing dining experience at a local Japanese restaurant near the hotel. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was exceptional. The rooftop restaurant also offers a stunning view of the city, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the in-room dining menu, which provided us with even more tasty choices during our stay.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. The noise from the metal terrace chairs at the entrance was quite bothersome.

Great bedroom layout, excellent bathroom. Wonderful and amazing staff, especially Anne Fruitema at front desk who checked us in and out and gave us a good farewell. Impressive spa and couple treatment room. Friendly and professional staff at the spa. Deluxe King room upgrade.

We stayed at a 5-star hotel in Geneva and I must say it was a luxurious experience. the staff was highly professional and attentive to every need. the Spa & Wellness Centre was truly relaxing with skilled therapists who provided top-notch massages and beauty treatments. the Indoor swimming pool was magnificent with a sun terrace where we could lounge. the Restaurant offered an exquisite selection of dishes and a bar with an extensive menu. Our room offered exclusive amenities and private facilities which added to the experience. the location advantage was perfect as we could explore the city easily.

The only complaint we had was with the service at the poolside. We had requested for packed lunches and special diet menus but they were not available.

The hotel's location on the lakefront of Geneva offers fine views. The staff, both in the restaurants and at reception, were friendly and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, including the housekeeping service. The hotel facilities, including the spa and swimming pool, were amazing.
